Pegasus How-To

Once your booking has been made, going to the "Flight Following" page will help you do the check-in as well as the arrival report.
Find your name and click on the "Check in" button. Pegasus takes you to another page where you will provide the following information: - Route
- Flight exercise
- Flight plan (if required)
- Your weight
- Passengers weight
- Fuel weight
- Fuel burn
- Equipment releases (eg. headset, survival kit, life jacket, spot tracker, etc.)
Keep in mind that weight & balance must be within limits. Also, remember to verify that the airtime and the next inspection hour on the journey log matches with the check-in sheet. If there are any discrepancies, inform dispatch.

Once the above information has been filled out, click "Check in," print the page, and sign it. Depending on your school's SOP, you may need a sign-out from your respective instructor. Once that is complete, hand the check-in sheet to dispatch, take the keys, and you are good to go!

If you are carrying a passenger, the passenger form must be filled, signed, and attached with the check-in sheet.

In case you are on the no-fly list, you will not be able to check-in. The reason why you are on the no-fly list will be mentioned (eg. expired medical, pending payment, etc.). You will need to rectify the issue before you go fly.
